A good welding is as important as a good project planning. Not having good skilled workforce could lead to a project failure due
    to the poor workmanship, cost of the rework and not delivering in time. Rework could lead to various chain reaction that fails the
    project schedule on various stages at any phase of the project. In a time bound project these could lead to drastic cost impacts.

    We have been assisting various contractors and  sub contracts in getting skilled work force for their projects. With testing
    facilities in India and Philippines we are able to do the practical and theory test for the skilled force as per the ITE standards.
    Before we select the candidates we do the following assessment.

    Basic aptitude test.
    Basic spoken and written test on English language.
    Practical test on the trade required.
    Basic theoretical knowledge on the trade.

    Before the candidates are send to our clients premises we conduct training on the following,

    Safety requirements.
    Working Cultures.
    Living standards.
    Rules and Regulation of the country.
    Self Management Skills.
    Basic Rights.
    Necessary Documentations.
